The Melbourne Midday Milers is a great option for runners who want to fit in some training during their lunch break. They meet at 12:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Tan Track, and offer a varied program of interval, fartlek, and hill sessions. All levels of runners are welcome, and there are also social events and intra-club championship events.
